ማህበሩ ለትርፍ ያልተቋቋመ ሲሆን የክልል ሰርከስ ማህበራትን በመስራችነት በመያዝ ፣የሰርከስ ድርጅት ባለቤቶችን፣ዳይሬከተሮችን፣ የፌስቲቫል አዘጋጆችን፣ አርቲስቶቸንና ተመሳሳይ አላማና ፍላጎት ያላቸውን ድርጅቶችና ግለሰቦችን በተባባሪነትና በክብር አባልነት ያካተተ ጥምረት ነው፡፡

About Us
The Ethiopian National Circus Association Consortium (ENCAC) is the official national circus in Ethiopia. It is a non-profit organization established with the aim to unite Ethiopia’s circuses in order to promote and preserve circus arts and culture as part of Ethiopia’s cultural heritage.

በሀገራችን የሰርከሶችን አንድነት በመፍጠር የሰርከስ ጥበብን በኢትዮጵያ እንዲስፋፋና እንዲያድግ በማድረግ ጥበቡ የሀገራችን የባህል ኢንዱስትሪ ምሰሶ እንዲሆን ማስቻል::
ራዕይ/Vision.
በ2022 ዓ.ም አንድ ብሄራዊ የሰርከስ ማሳያ ማእከል በመገንባት፣ የባለሙያ ደረጃ እርከን አንዲኖረው በማድረግ ብሄራዊና አለማቀፋዊ የሰርከስ ፌስቲቫሎችን በማዘጋጀት፣ ሰርከስን ፣ባህሉ ያደረገ ጤናማ አመለካከትና ክህሎት ያለዉ ሁለተናዊ ስብዕናዉ የተሟላ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ምስጉን፣ተወዳዳሪና ዉጤታማ የሆኑ የሰርከሰ አርቲስቶችን ቁጥር በማሳደግ በአፍሪካ ቀዳሚ የሰርከስ ተቋም ሆኖ ማየት::

We are the official national circus in Ethiopia
The Consortium is a non-profit organization established with the aim to unite Ethiopia’s circuses in order to promote and preserve circus arts and culture as part of Ethiopia’s cultural heritage. The consortium is certified by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil Society Organization which is a national body established to oversee civil society organizations and their activities in the country. The consortium is also accredited by the Ethiopian Ministry of Tourism and Culture as one of the cultural sectors of the country.

We are working with most circus schools in Ethiopia, with the Ethiopian Ministry of Culture and Tourism, relevant local and international organizations interested in the Ethiopian Circus art. አዲስ ጥምረቱን ለመቀላቀል ለሚፈልጉ አባላት መመዘኛ መስፈርት
- የማህበሩን ህግንና ደንብ የሚያከብር፣
- በአገራችን ክልሎች ውስጥ ኖሮ በስሩ ህጋዊ የሆኑ ሰርከሶችን የያዘ/ከተማ አስተዳዳር ከሆነ ብቻውንም ቢሆን ይወከላል
- በክልል ደረጃ ህጋዊ የክልል ሰርተፍኬት የሚያቀርብ/ከክልሉ የባህልና ቱሪዝም ቢሮ የውክልና ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ የሚችል
- በማህበራት አደረጃጀት መሰረት የማህበሩን የስራና የሂሳብ ሪፖርት በወቅቱ ማቅረብ የሚችል
- በአባላት ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ በየጊዜው ስምምነት የሚደረግባቸውን ክፍያዎችና መዋጮዎች መክፈል የሚችል፣
- የማህበሩን የመተዳደሪያ ደንብ እንዲሁም በጠቅላላ ጉባኤው በየጊዜው የሚወጡ የስነምግባር ደንቦችን በማህበራቸው ተግባራዊ የሚያደርግ፣
